It's finally done. I think I worked harder on this than any other piece I have ever done, and there were several points where I was close to giving up. I'd guess around 200+ layers and 20+ hours time spent on this.
The bar I was shooting for with this project is set by artists like `dangeruss , =donbenni , and *dr-phoenix. Someday I hope to be able to be as good at automotive vector art as they are.
It's far from perfect, and I left out some details (key holes, brake calipers, the driver ) but I'm pretty happy with it overall. If you see something that looks odd that I didn't, please let me know so I can work on it.
Note: I titled this "vexel" because although it is 95% scalable vector art, some minor parts of the image are raster (pixel-based), such as the background photo, mirror reflections, and some body lines.

I would just suggest a different backround to provide some contrast to the car.
